His career has spanned a wide array of roles, particularly in Corporate Finance, Controllership, Internal Audit, Due Diligence, and Risk Management. Srinivas has been instrumental in the design and implementation of scalable financial processes, ensuring that organizations are poised for growth and operational efficiency.

In addition to his expertise in IPO readiness and the establishment of robust governance mechanisms, Srinivas has consistently driven value by leading initiatives that align with corporate goals and regulatory requirements. His deep involvement in Financial Controller roles within large organizations has provided him with valuable insights into system conceptualization, ERP implementation, governance process and the successful orchestration of major financial transformations.
